Ever since we were introduced to The Green Market (TGM), it is our must-visit lounge before every flight. Although it is a restaurant, the Green Market (TGM) is managed by Plaza Premium Lounge. Thus, it became part of the Priority Pass Program. Glad that we are able to use our Priority pass for access!
Unlike the usual lounge, TGM is operating more like a restaurant than a lounge. Instead of a buffet-style meal, you can only choose one set from the corporate menu or breakfast menu. The menu features a Japanese-Korean style. Despite limited to only one set per person, the quality of food surpasses many of the lounge in Singapore Changi Airport (except the private room, of course!)
Our favourite set from the corporate menu is definitely the sashimi set. It comes with many thick slices of Sashimi Bento Set! Also, the bento set comes with fried dumpling/chicken and taste really good! If you are not a sashimi fan, try the chicken set! My parents love it! The set does come with 1 drinks.
Facilities
There are no free-wifi in this lounge. However, there are many power plug that allow you to work or charge your device there.
Overall, we love the food at The Green Market and never fail to visit this place even if we fly business class. The food quality is better than the ones in Sliverkris lounge. While this place does not provide a comfortable ambience and facilities, we make our way to SATS Lounge or Sliverkris after the meal.
